契約理由
業務上他の人から画面が見えてはいけないので、個室が必要だったこと・空室があったこと・自宅から徒歩で行けるので電車の時間を気にしなくていいことが良かったです。ご担当者さまの対応もとてもよく、安心して利用できると思いました。
移転理由
利用していたサービスが業務終了となったため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅からは多少離れるので、現在よりは不便になりますが、自宅近くになることで相殺できると思います。コンビニは近くにあるので行くときに立ち寄ります。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
今迄24時間利用可能だったのが夜10時までになるので、ある程度時間を気にする必要があります。またウォーターサーバーがないので少し不便に思うかもしれません。セキュリティに関してはPASMOを登録してもらいましたので、今までの別カード所持より楽になると思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
急なお願いだったにも関わらず、ご対応いただけました。Webを拝見したときに感じたセミナールームとワークスペースとの配置の疑問なども、実際に見学して解消できたと思います。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスを利用していました。個人事業主なので不定期収入であり、賃貸オフィスとなると費用が高額だと思ったため、賃貸オフィスは検討していませんでした。
