場所、価格、雰囲気共に満足できる施設であった。より良いところも見てしまい、絶対的にはそちらの施設の契約も、検討したものの時期尚早と判断し、こちらに決めました。次も検索したい時は必ず御社サイトを利用したいと思います。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

いろいろな駅を利用できる点、コンビニエンスストアや飲食店が近隣に多くある点は良かった。欲を言えば雨が降った時に傘をささずに済む立地もあったので、その点は少し残念な点だと感じました。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

会議室が無料で利用できる点は非常に良かった。他の共用施設は特になかったが、価格の観点から許容できる点です。セキュリティを最終退室者が行う必要がある点は改善できるとありがたいです。総じて満足しています。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

一通りの説明を丁寧にして頂き、また、質問等にも明確に回答して頂けて検討時間を短縮できた点はとても良かったです。

入居前のオフィスについて

オフィスはなかった（自宅などで仕事をしていた）。1人用を探していたため、通常の賃貸物件だと割高になると思ったから、賃貸オフィスは検討せずシェアオフィスのみ探していた。優先順位として千代田区に事務所を構えたかったから。
