契約理由
都心に近い物件で、初期手数料や物件の費用感が安いところがなかったので、相対的にベストな環境でした。近くにコンビニやドラックストアなどがあり、お昼時に買いに行けるところが多く、銀行も近くで助かってます。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とした。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
周辺の駅が多く、社員にとって通いやすい環境が魅力でした。コンビニや買い物がしやすいところもよかったです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
下の階に会議室が3部屋ついており、そこを1日2時間自由に使えるのはありがたい。オートロックやゴミも出してくれるので使い勝手がいい。会議室を何回も予約できないのと、各階に行く手段がエレベーターが基本で、非常階段しかないので少し不便です。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
業務的でてきぱきと対応していただいた印象です。分かりやすかったです。可もなく不可もなくという印象でしょうか。
入居前のオフィスについて
自宅などで仕事をしており、オフィスはありませんでした。都心に近い場所だった、備品が使えること、価格帯が安かった、アクセスが良かった、周辺の駅が多いなどの理由で今回はシェアオフィスを選びました。
