契約理由
駅から近い点と、オープンして間もないため施設が清潔感があります。また、他のレンタルオフィスだと同じ面積でも割高だったりする一方料金が比較的リーズナブルだなと感じました。今後もっと大きいオフィスに移るための準備期間としては大変満足しています。
移転理由
法人設立に伴い新しくオフィスが必要だったため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
御徒町駅・仲御徒町駅等の主要駅から徒歩3分圏内のため雨天でもストレスなく過ごせます。アメ横の近くなので、ごはん時の飲食店の選択に困りません。　
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティーについては問題ないです。ミーティングルームの無料の時間を30分でも増やしてもらえると経済的にありがたいです。また男子トイレの微かな臭いが気になります。それ以外については清掃が行き届いているので、問題なしです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
端的に説明をされていて好感を持ちました。施設の説明等で説明が不足しているということは基本ありません。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前は賃貸オフィスを契約していました。賃貸も含め検討しましたが初期コストの点が一番ネックとなりシェアオフィスに決めました。今回の契約はフリーレント2か月でしたので、その点もありがたかったです。
