内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
利用する駅が決まっていたため、エリアを絞っていたので、その中から駅から近く、料金が安いところを探していました。また登記を希望していたので、登記ができること。多少の荷物があるので、ロッカーが利用できること。郵便物が届くので郵便物の受け取りができること。利用する人が主に1名だが、まれに使用する人がいるため、それが可能なこと。可能だとしても追加料金が高いと条件から外れてしまう。契約したオフィスは、諸々の必要条件がそろっていたことと、融通がきいたので、決定にいたりました。
移転理由
既存で使用しているオフィスの家賃の削減と、ちょうど契約満了だったのでこれを機会に家賃が安いところを探していたから。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近いこと、事務用品を購入する店舗、コンビニや飲食店が近いこと、利用する金融機関が近いこと。通勤に便利だから。自分の活動範囲内にあること。これらの条件で探していたので周辺環境はよいです。悪い点は今のところないと思っています。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
ラウンジを利用するときに受付から丸見えなので、打ち合わせやｗｅｂミーティング等が少々やりにくさを感じる点。せめてついたてや、丸見えにならない工夫があると助かります。また、イスが事務用ではないので数時間の作業をする場合は、ちょっと辛くなってくると思うので、もう少しオフィス仕様になっているといいと思いました。ロッカーが別フロアにありカードキーで出入りなので、荷物の出し入れが少々面倒になるかと思います。それ以外は問題ありません。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧希望を出してから、すぐにメールでの連絡と内覧可能な日時を提示してくださったので、連絡がとりやすかったです。また内覧した際も、丁寧に気持ちよく案内してくださったのでいい印象を受けました。こちらの条件に対しても対応いただき助かりました。
