入った瞬間雰囲気がよく気に入りました。 入居者の人数が多すぎないのも好みでした。以下、気に入った点を箇条書きします。・業種が映像制作を中心にクリエティブ系に特化しているところ。 ・編集室がついており試写などに活用できるところ。 ・テーブルや廊下の質感がよいところ ・場所が自宅からアクセスしやすいところ。 ・会議室が使いやすそうにレイアウトされていたところ。 ・自転車で通うことが認められているところ。など
移転理由
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
恵比寿駅と広尾駅の中間くらいなので落ち着いた雰囲気がでているところが気に入りました。住宅街なのも個人的には好みです。すぐ近くに食事する場所はそれほどなさそうですが自転車通いがありなので移動してみようかと思います。普段自動車を使っている人と打ち合わせなどする際に駐車場があればよいなとは感じているので通いはじめたら探してみます。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
２４時間活用できるそうなのでとても便利かと思います。 出入りはナンバーを入力するシステムを導入されているらしく、カギを持ち歩かなくてもよいのがとてもいいとおもいます。 会議室はきれいで２時間までは無料ということだったのでこれもとてもよいと思います。 キッチンが使えたらなおよかったですが、吹き抜けで匂いが広がりそうなのでしょうがないかとも思いました。 自転車を置けるのがとても助かります。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
こちらが送ったメールへのレスが速いので仕事の移動中に一瞬開いたスキマ時間ですぐに内覧できました。入ったら建物・施設をスムーズに案内していただき、実際に使用するイメージが湧きやすかったです。書類もすでに用意されていて待ち時間もなかったです。 こちらからの質問に対する答えも端的かつ的確で信頼感がもてました。 設問にある悪い点はとくに思いつきません。タイミングよく空席があってとてもラッキーだったと感じています。
