契約理由

弊社の今回の考え方は、本拠は東京都に置きつつ、新たな業務の起点としてのオフィス増設を見据えた契約を検討しておりました。今回、類似しましたレンタルオフィス・サービスオフィスのみならず、通常のビルを含めて検討しておりました。上記の中では、みなとみらい駅に直結した良好な立地で、且つハイグレード物件をご紹介頂けたことは幸運であったと考えます。また同オフィスは、家具や設備のホスピタリティ面でも満足しております。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

駅直結のハイグレードなビル環境である為に、一度オフィスに入ってしまうとナカナカ外に出る事がおっくうになってしまうデメリットがあります。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

重ねてですが、駅直結のハイグレードなビル環境である為に、個室内でのスペース以外は全て共有部分となって参ります。したがって（ある意味でのセキュリティですが）、昨今の情勢から、自室外ではマスクの着用は避けられず、また多くの方が勤務されている為に「コロナ感染情報」が頻繁に上がっている気がします。また、ビル内部への入場に際してのセキュリティと、自室へのセキュリティがカード分けされており、面倒である反面、セキュリティは強固と感じています。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

ご担当頂けた方が当オフィスの責任者であり、尚且つご経験が豊富な方であった為、他社との比較も聞くことが出来ました。
誤解を招かぬよう付け加えますと、他社の悪い点を強調するセールスではなく、自社の好い点をアピール頂けた事が強く印象に残っております。

入居前のオフィスについて

支社の増設に伴い、賃貸オフィスも候補に入れながらオフィスを探していました。こちらのシェアオフィスに決めたのは、駅直結のハイグレードなビル環境であったことが最も大きな理由となります。「みなとみらい」もしくは「桜木町」という場所を先ずは選定し、駅から直結するビルの中で選びました。また、弊社ではテレワークも併用している為、家具や設備といった初期費用を抑えた面も決め手でした。
