契約理由
高田馬場の駅から近くて立地条件がよかったこと、共有のスペースでそれほどいろんな人が集まっている感じでなく、ソーシャルディスタンスがきちんと保たれているという印象を受けたこと。接客対応をしてくれた担当スタッフの人が相談にのってくれたこと、連絡がまめにされて円滑に手続きを進めることができたところ、部屋の個室の広さが自分の探していた条件に合っていたこと、個室に鍵がついているところ。喫煙スペースが確保されているところ。
移転理由
勤務していた事務所を辞めて独立開業をすることになったから、以前勤務をしていた事務所からある程度場所が離れているから、通勤がしやすいから、駅から近いところにあるから、交通の便がよいから。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
コンビニや飲食できるお店や居酒屋が多いから、少し奥まっているところにあって喧騒がある通りから離れているからが良い点。周りに路上喫煙をしている人やホームレスの人、そしてキャッチの人が多くて安全な環境とは言えなさそうなところが悪い点。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
ミーティングルームを毎日2区画ぶん無料で使えるところがとても良い点、また個室が鍵付きになっているところと入口にオートロックと宅配ボックスと鍵つきの郵便受けがあるところがよい。オートロックの番号入力のボタンに接触が悪いところがあるところが悪い点。トイレの利用が階によっては男性が利用できないところがあるのがいまいち。複合機のFAXの送受信が無料でできるところもよい点。清掃のスタッフの方が毎日きれいにしてくれる。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
連絡がまめであったこと。金額や入居時期についていろいろと相談にのってもらえたこと。連絡が電話が多かったので、優先的にメールで連絡をしてもらえるようにすると、日中の忙しい時間に限らず、連絡が取りやすくなるのでよいと思います。
