契約理由
いくつかオフィスの拠点があるのですが、面接対応などを行うオフィスがやや遠方にあるため、従業員の通勤も含め課題に挙がっていました。また従業員の数も増え、今後も増員予定なので、物理的に働く環境を拡大しなくてはなりませんでした。そこで比較的アクセスが良く駅近の新宿を選びました。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため, 支社・支店などサテライト拠点を増設するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
ランチマップを利用させていただいてます。周辺に飲食店も多く、また雑貨など生活必需品もすぐに手に入るので比較的便利な印象です。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
窓からの景色も良く、ソファの座り心地も良いです。24時間MTGルームが活用出来るのも便利ですし、一人部屋用も大変便利です。オートロックも安心ですし、Wi-fi環境のセキュリティも高く関心しました。BGMのボリュームもちょうど良いです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
とてもスムーズにご案内頂けた点は良かったです。また柔軟に賃料等の相談にも乗っていただけたことも好印象でした。悪い点は特段ありません。
入居前のオフィスについて
一般賃貸物件を使っていましたが、今回はシェアオフィスのみ探しました。賃貸物件を検討しなかった理由は、契約期間の見通しが不透明なためシェアオフィスなら柔軟に検討できること、付帯サービスも充実しており入居者間の交流があることです。
