内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
賃料と設備は別の物件が優位だったが立地と駅からの距離、さらに駅に近い事で活用出来る施設が多く、オフィスとして十分活用できる物件でした。契約してみて感じた難点は、インターネット環境が不十分だった事、それに伴う通信設備の不十分さ等で、必要経費がかさんだ事でした。ただしこういった事は多くの物件で契約後に発覚しますので、できれば契約前に仮で運用できるようなキャンペーンを組んでいただけると嬉しいです。また場所によってもちろん違いはあると思うが、内装は古さを感じたので、改善して貰えると嬉しい。
移転理由
オフィスを縮小移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近い良い。郵便局や運送業者等が近くて良い。昼食をとるのに周辺にお店が多くて良い。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
トイレが綺麗。コピー機が一定量だが無料活用できる。ミーティングルームが一定時間だが無料活用出来る。できれば喫煙所が欲しかった。メインの出入口が若干古く感じた。ミーティング以外に簡単な顧客対応ができる応接設備などが欲しかった。給湯室がほとんど使えないので、共同で使える給水器や台所設備が欲しかった。
自動販売機に入っている銘柄が少ない。宅配ボックスがあった方が良かった。WiFiがあると良かった。足拭きのマットがあると良かった。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
メジャーを持って対応してくれた。約束の時間に遅れた。複数回の内覧依頼にも応じてくれた。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前は賃貸オフィスを契約していたが、場所を優先するとコスト面で高額になってしまうため、今回はシェアオフィスで探した。
