契約理由
ＪＲ中央線や山手線、東京メトロ丸ノ内線、都営新宿線の新宿駅、都営大江戸線の新宿西口駅、西武新宿線の西武新宿駅から徒歩１０分以内という好立地に加え、会議室も３室ある点、受付の方もいらっしゃって非常に好印象で丁寧なご対応が決め手になりました。またコワーキングスペースで仕事をすることもでき、フリードリンクがある点も魅力的でした。周辺に郵便局や銀行、食事をするお店も多くあり非常に便利な場所だと思い、決めさせていただきました。
移転理由
現在の会社を退職して同じ業種で独立起業するにあたりレンタルオフィスを探しており、家賃と広さのバランスが良かったたため契約しました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
ＪＲ中央線や山手線、東京メトロ丸ノ内線、都営新宿線の新宿駅、都営大江戸線の新宿西口駅、西武新宿線の西武新宿駅から徒歩１０分以内という点がいいと思います。周辺に郵便局や銀行、食事をするお店も多くあり非常に便利な場所だと思い、決めさせていただきました。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
会議室が３室あり、受付の方もいらっしゃって非常に好印象で丁寧なご対応が決め手になりました。またコワーキングスペースで仕事をすることもでき、フリードリンクがある点も魅力的でした。オートロックや荷捌きスペースがある点もいいと思います。あと細かいところですがトイレにも小物収納スペースがあったり、キッチンのうえにも収納スペースがあり利用できる点もいいです。場所的に難しいかと思いますが来客用駐車場があるとベストでした。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
ご担当者様もものすごく丁寧でかつ親切に対応していただき、たいへん感謝しております。当初のご担当者様が退職されるというお話で途中でご担当者様が変わりましたが後任の方も丁寧にご対応頂き、契約後も相談に乗って頂き助かっております。
