契約理由

薬院駅から徒歩5分以内と立地も良く賃料も安かったことに加えて、賃料の割に平米数（12.12㎡）があり、近隣の同価格帯オフィスと比べてコスパが良いと感じた点が決め手でした。その他に、2階にお客様との商談ができるスペースがあることも良い点と感じております。

移転理由

オフィスを拡張移転するため

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

オフィスからスーパーが徒歩1分圏内。カフェが隣のホテルにあり便利であること。レストランも隣のホテルにあるため、会食にも使いやすい環境なのが良い点と感じております。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

共用のラウンジはお客様との打ち合わせに使えますし、清潔感があり使用に十分なレベルで大変助かっております。悪い点としては、あまり必要はありませんが、オシャレ感があまりないため、その点でラウンジで作業しよう！ということはないかな、という印象です。その他、Youtubeなどの動画撮影用の防音ブースなどがあれば更に使いやすいなと感じております。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

明るくハキハキした対応で、丁寧に説明いただけたことで特に不満なく契約に至ることができました。設備の説明などもしっかりいただきましたため、契約時、意思決定に困ることは特になかったことが良かったです。

入居前のオフィスについて

オフィスはなく自宅などで仕事をしていました。賃貸オフィスは博多駅周辺に多く、自宅からの移動時間が長いため候補に入れていませんでした。また、契約料・賃料も高いオフィスが多く、事業の規模が拡大しないと選択できないと感じ、今回のオフィスに落ち着きました。
