内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
建物自体は古いが、内装は綺麗にリフォームされており、雰囲気も良かった。駐車場も隣地にあり便利と感じた。また、個室を契約すれば、コワーキングスペースも全て使用でき、来客や打合せにも便利と感じた。（ただし後日、突然のサービス内容の改悪があるとは予想していなかった・・・）内覧時の担当者も丁寧に分かりやすく説明をしてくれた。今後受付や、業務をお願いするのにも安心できるスタッフと感じた。前の事務所に比べ、若干駅からは遠くなるが、家賃も同等で広いスペースを確保できると感じた。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から遠くなったが、コンビニが1階にあり便利。食事などができる施設も周りにまあまあある。駐車場（タワー式）も併設されておりこれも気にいった。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
入居後、すぐにサービス改悪となり移転したい位の気持ちである。騙されたという気持ちである。それもいきなり、「今日から！」みたいな一方的な通知で最悪です。24時間使えるという案内だったフリースペースも時間に制限ができ、日曜日・祝日は休館となった・・・。費用が掛からず使えると案内されたフリースペースもいきなり有料となった。信じられない気持ちです。スタッフの皆さんは良くやってくれて満足していますが、経営者がワンマンのようで、どうにもならない。不採算であるなら、事業売却でもしてまともな経営陣のもとで運営してほしい。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
非常に丁寧にわかり易く案内をしてもらえた。身だしなみ、言葉遣いも良く、この人なら信頼できると感じ、素直に色々と質問できた。契約を即決したのも、この担当者の応対があったからである。ほかの受付スタッフも笑顔と、丁寧なあいさつで、来客対応に不安はなかった。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスにいました。再度シェアオフィスを選んだのは、無駄のない、シェアオフィスを理解し、また気に入っているから。
