契約理由
様々な施設を内覧して、甲乙つけ難い状況ではあったが、立地・金額が一番私に合っていた。そして何より、郵便物の取り扱いの際のカスタマイズにご対応いただいた為、それが一番の決め手となった。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とした。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く、大阪市中央区と言うネームバリューがある。また様々な施設が近くにある為、大変利用しやすい。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティが万全であり、24時間いつでもオフィスが利用できる。オフィスwifiや複合コピー機なども完備してある為非常に使いやすい。オフィスもオシャレな内装で、清潔感があり良い。ミーティングルームも予約制で使用しやすい。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
丁寧な対応で、私に寄り添って色々アドバイス頂けました。その時に、今後必要になる物があれば紹介することも出来ると言って下さりました。
