契約理由
綺麗で便利な立地であることとビル自体の信頼があったのが一番の理由です。管理会社の電話受付の女性が親切で感じがよかったこともプラス材料です。今回はレンタルオフィスの少ないエリアで探したため比較できる物件が少なく早急に決めた側面もございますが、利用料金に水道光熱費や清掃代金が入っているのでプラスで契約・支払を行わずに済むので初期手続が簡便でありよいと思います。共有スペースが明るく、清潔で、使用しやすい環境であることも選定理由の一つです。
移転理由
本社（東京）まで事務作業で移動するよりも、エリア内にオフィスがあることが望ましいとの社内判断により。COVIT-19の影響もあり移動せずに済む環境を求めました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅が近くて便利だが、その分 周辺駐車場（コインパーキング）が高めの設定。車で移動する営業社員が利用するためのオフィスなので、駐車場が多くあるのはプラス材料だが駅近ゆえに高額なのはマイナス。それでもこの環境を選んだのは新幹線が止まる駅の近くだから。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
ネット環境が整備されており、フロアごとに複合機（有料だが妥当な金額）があるのが便利ですね。複合機は、セキュリティーカードをかざすことで利用でき、後納支払なので社員が立替支払する必要がないのもありがたいです。清掃やゴミ回収入ることと、空調なども一括管理なので、利用社員が総務的なことに手を煩わされることが少ないのが安心です。コワーキングスペース併設なのでセキュリティに関して心配しましたが、問題なさそうです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
外出が多く、すぐに確認したい時にお話しできないことが多く残念でした。直接会った社員からの評判もあまりよいものではありませんでした。『人気の物件なのでうちが決めなくてもいい』という様子に見えたと聞いています。受付および電話受付の担当者はとても感じがよかったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
事業所を新規開設するに伴い、オフィスを探していました。シェアオフィスに決めたのは、初期費用、原状回復費用が安価であることが第一です。使用料にサービスが含まれるので手続きがシンプルであることも選定理由です。そもそも、オフィス利用目的が営業部員の作業場確保および会議利用なので、受付があるほうが望ましいとの判断もございます。
