契約理由
本来は練馬区内の施設を希望しておりましたが、そもそも住宅街ということで条件に見合う物件が無いことから、第二希望地として池袋周辺で探すことにしました。面談型のコンサルティング業務に利用するため、希望条件が、１．副都心線池袋駅より徒歩5分以内、２．貸会議室が利用できること、３．土日祝日のみ利用したい、４．価格がリーズナブルであること、５．コワーキングスペースの契約ができることなど、これらの厳しい条件をクリアーしたことが決めてとなりました。
移転理由
クライアントとの面談を主業務とするコンサルティング会社の新規創設準備のため、会議室が利用できること、駅から近いこと、当面は土日祝日のみの業務になることから入居しました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
当施設は、池袋駅の西口から徒歩5分圏内であり、大通りから1本入ったところにある。また、徒歩１分のところにコンビニがあるため大変便利でかつ、池袋とは思えない閑静な環境であるが、実はラブホも多く、人によっては、この点が少々難点かもしれない。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
ビル1階エントランスは土日でも開いており、来客時に困ることはないため良いです。また、施設へ出入りするためのエントランスドア及び、内部にあるドアはいずれもセキュリティーカードがないと開閉できないため、安心感があり、セキュリティーは大変良いと思います。また、ガラスを多用したオフィス構造になっており、ドアの向こう側に誰がいるのかわかるため、これもセキュリティー上良い、またデザイン的にも来客が喜ぶので大変良いと思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
当日は、土曜日にもかかわらず、施設内をこちらが納得するまで巡回させて頂き、資料もご提示下さり、しっかりと丁寧に説明してくださいました。また、他の施設の内覧も勧めてくださいましたが、当日は時間の関係上、本施設のみ内覧させて頂きました。
