契約理由
新規法人開設で、本店として契約しました。賃貸契約のマンション等を当初考えましたが、毎月のランニングコスト、自宅からの距離、及び様々のサービス等を鑑みて当該物件を契約しました。以下の点を重視しました。①法人登記簿上本店所在地適切性②ネットワーク環境③光熱費等のランニングコスト④本店の住所⑤独立した固定電話番号及びFAX番号の取得⑥自宅からの距離⑦会議室利用の有無⑧来客等への対応また、現在新型コロナウイルス感染拡大で、貿易業務自粛しています。今後も福岡市の人口は更に増加すると考えてます。金融都市構想もありますので、福岡市の中心である天神に本店所在地にできて幸いです。
移転理由
放課後等デイサービス開設を中心に事業展開を行いますのでそんなに広い事務所を求めていませんでした。作業等は放課後等デイサービス施設の現地で可能ですので、今後の事業展開でコンサルティング業務、貿易業務、フィンテック業務等の足掛かりとして当地を選択しました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
(良い点)①取締役二人とも、自宅から徒歩圏内の距離であること。②来店客の対応で、交通の便が良い。③今後、金融都市構想があるため④深夜でも防犯上問題がないと思えたたため(悪い点)特にありません。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
(良い点)①セキュリティ対策が万全で、外部からの防犯が万全です。②セキュリティカードがあるので③日中は受付がありますので、不意の来店客対応も万全です。(悪い点)①コーヒー等のサービススペースが手狭です。②会議室のスペースが手狭です。③入居されている他の方との会話スペースを確保できるのか。

(良い点)①質問にも明瞭な回答をいただき安心しています。②携帯電話もすぐに出られ、安心できました。
入居前のオフィスについて
新規法人開設のため、初めてオフィスを探しました。賃貸オフィス等は、清潔などの美観に問題があり、自らも整理整頓を考えてなければなりません。また、それ相当になれば賃貸料がかさみます。しかし、当施設は、美観を保たれています。また、ランニングコストの面でも当施設は有利です。
