契約理由
お客様をお呼びすることがあるため、オフィス外観や内装などは非常に重要なポイントだった。それはクリアしていた。また受付が有人でありお客様が来た場合にまず受付をして下さる人がいるというところも重要なポイントだった。また、その他費用面や機能面を検討し自分の求めていた条件の中で、一番コスト的に優れていた施設だったため、完全に条件にあわない部分もあったが、それは条件から外すことにした。トータル的に見てとても良いところだった。
移転理由
オフィスを縮小移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近い事、いついっても利用できるような駐車場が近くにあること、郵便局や銀行が近くにあること。悪い点としては、ビル直結の駐車場が利用できなかったこと。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
悪い点としては、個人的な好みの問題と思われますが、玄関口のところが、雑然としている感じがするので、もう少し受付らしくシンプルな感じにしても良いのかもしれないと感じた。玄関入るとすぐ目の前に受付があるが、オフィス内全体が見えてしまうので、個人的には受付からは、オフィスの中が見れないようになっている方が良いのではないかと考えている。内装や共用施設のデザインなどはとても洗練されているので、良いと思う。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
とても丁寧に笑顔で接客して下さいました。私の質問などにも丁寧に答えて下さったので、とても印象が良かったです。恐らく当施設の受付を担当される方だと思うので、そういった意味でも安心できる対応だったと思う。
