契約理由
住所に丸の内が使えること。今まで自宅兼事務所だったが、人雇うことになりそれなりの住所が必要になった。普通のレンタルオフィスでは面白くないため、高級感や知名度があり、それでいてリーズナブルな物件を探していた。Weworkが第一候補だったが、郵便転送不可だったため今のところを契約した。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近いですが、丸の内ど真ん中のため人だらけです。基本的にリモートのため、現地へ赴くことはあまりありません。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
それほど広くありませんが、契約者数もそれほど多くないため相対的に空いています。Weworkのような騒がしい環境ではないので静かに落ちついている良い環境だと思います。セキュリティー面では有人カウンターがあるので問題ないと思っています。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
部長クラス直々にご案内いただきました。さすがに知識豊富でこちらの質問に適切に回答いただき信頼感がもてました。
入居前のオフィスについて
自宅などで仕事をしており、オフィスはありませんでした。リモートワークメインのため、物理的な場所ではなく住所として使える場所が欲しく、利用することにしました。
