内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
希望していた立地範囲内（店舗から徒歩3分以内）であり、かつ雨に濡れずに移動が可能だったこと。セキュリティーキーがあれば24時間365日利用が可能であり、共用ラウンジも利用可能。とにかく綺麗で、受付の方のご対応も丁寧で安心感がある。
移転理由
オンラインミーティング増加によるオフィス利用、スタッフ休憩用。
賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、どうしても希望する立地範囲内ですと、コスト面から合うものを見つけるのが難しく、時間がかかりすぎてしまうと判断してシェアオフィスを選びました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅近く、雨の日でも濡れずに移動できる点が魅力的。高層階用と低層階用に別れているため、ストレスを感じるほどではないですが、高層階のため少し時間がかかる点。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間365日利用でき、受付時間外はセキュリティーカードでのアクセスとなるので安心感はある。基本的には受付の方がいらっしゃり、ご対応が丁寧で、セキュリティカードがある方以外は必ず受付を通らなければならず、安心。共用ラウンジやドリンクカウンターもとても綺麗に保たれており使用していて気持ちがいいです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
とても丁寧にご対応いただきました。弊社の都合により様々なリクエストを出させていただきましたが、無下に断られず、ご対応できる範囲でご対応いただけたことはよかったです。経理の処理上のリクエストなどは柔軟にご対応いただけるとより良かったです。
