契約理由
価格と設備及び立地です。それまでに働いていたオフィスに近いということ、三宮から徒歩10分程と歩くにも苦ではないということ。それにもかかわらず賃料が非常に安く、ランニングコストも抑えることができるということ。コピーやプリンター、Wi-Fi、空調もついていて、初期投資を考えると普通に賃貸事務所を借りることと比べると、非常にお手軽な価格で事務所を構えることができた点も大きなメリットです。また、仕事柄セキュリティの面も心配でかつ、事務所登録も必要ですので、必要な書類を迅速に集めることができるスタッフにも感謝しています。
移転理由
もともと社内行政書士として会社勤めをしながら行政書士事務所を開設しておりましたが、コロナによる経営不振もあり、会社から独立することとなったため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から徒歩10分ほどで歩くにも苦ではなく、近くにコンビニ、弁当屋、他飲食店も少なからずあります。関係役所なども徒歩圏ですし、夜になればお酒を飲める場所も近くにあり非常に便利な立地です。反対にもう少し駅から近いとより便利かなとも思いますが、立地としては大変いい場所にあるかと思います。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間対応であること。自分のペースで仕事をすることができるので、非常に助かっています。どんな時間でもオフィスで仕事ができるということは自分にとっては非常に大きなメリットです。ただ、入居者を疑うわけではありませんが、外部からはカードキーでの入室ですが、中に入った場合はただの普通のカギですので、そこは少し心配しています。プリンタやコピーの料金をもう少し安くしていただけたら非常に助かります。コンビニと変わらない価格というのは少しひっかかります。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
親切丁寧に対応いただきました。行政書士事務所を開設したいと伝えると、事務所開設に必要な書類もだしていただけるとすぐに即答していただいた点に頼もしさを感じました。説明も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前は自社所有のオフィスでした。賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、初期費用（礼金、保証金）及び賃料もシェアオフィスに比べ非常に高くなってしまうこと、およびインターネット環境、電話などオフィスインフラを整備すること、月々のランニングコストを考えると賃貸オフィスは難しいかなと考えていました。実際に内覧すると設備も充実しており、神戸の中心地で事務所を構えることができ、かつ初期投資、ランニングコストを下げることができることを知りこちらに決めました。
