契約理由
希望スタイルに合わせてスピーディかつ快適に内覧・御見積・その後の対応を進めることができました。営業の方も、その後バトンタッチして契約へ進むまで対応いただいた窓口のご担当者様のレスポンスも相談・調整のお願いに対する対応のクオリティいずれも満足です。サービスオフィスの立地や環境およびサービス内容についてもほぼ当初期待していたとおりの内容を満たしてくれるものでした。
移転理由
オフィスを縮小移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
恐らくいずれの店舗も同様と思われますが、駅徒歩1分、または駅直結という物件での利用が開始できることになったのは極めて満足なポイントです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
コワーキングスペースにおいても、会話可能なエリアと不可のエリアが分かれており、必要に応じて選択しながら利用できること、飲食も可能なスペースが一部に用意されていること、などは地味に良い点と感じます。鍵の発行がそれなりの会員口数の価格でしか追加できないのは、もう少し緩く改善してほしい点かもしれません。

メールでのレスポンスや、急なリクエスト、変更に対する柔軟な対応をいただけたことなど、満足しています。悪い点はございません。

移転前もシェアオフィスを利用していました。賃貸オフィスは時代に合わない形態と認識しています。
