契約理由
オフィスの立地が淀屋橋駅、本町駅、堺筋本町駅から近くアクセスに便利で、オフィス自体もサービスが良く内装がオシャレでプランも豊富、キャンペーンもあり価格がリーズナブルでした。また応対品質が良かったことも契約に至った理由のひとつです。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
本町駅・淀屋橋駅・北浜駅から近いため交通の便がよく、コンビニやカフェ・100円ショップが近くて便利です。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間365日いつでも個室が活用できてとても便利です。多重のオートロックでセキュリティーの安心感があります。オフィス内も共用部分の掃除が行き届いており清潔感が感じられ、照明が明るくて落ち着いて仕事に取り組めます。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
担当者がみなさん親切丁寧で、要望事項に対して迅速に対応してくれたので、分かりやすくて非常に良かったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
今回のオフィスの前は一般賃貸オフィスを契約していました。価格が高めなので一般的な賃貸オフィスは検討せず、4つほどオフィスを内覧したうえでこちらのオフィスに契約を決めました。
