契約理由
以前よりWeWorkさんのオフィスには何度も見学に出向いておりまして、ようやく入れる価格帯のオフィスが見つかった次第です。その他にも色々なオフィスを見てきましたが、ほぼ全てにおいてWeWorkさんのシェアスペースや設備が優れていると感じていました。
移転理由
オフィスを移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅からもちょうど良い距離で、街も整備されており大変綺麗です。ランチに少し困る可能性もあるかもしれませんが、出社頻度がそこまで高くない為、大した問題にはなりません。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
共有施設設備の質に関しては全く不満はありません。ただ、ミーティングルームや電話ブース等が、出社率が高まってきた際には取り合いになるのでは、と懸念しています。WeWorkさん特有の事柄で挙げるとすれば、拠点オフィス以外へのアクセスも可能という点は素晴らしいと思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
大変親切に施設全体を見学させていただきました。入居に関わる費用についても色々とご相談に乗っていただき、最良のプランをご考案いただきました。大変満足しております。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスを利用しており、今回の移転先もシェアオフィスのみを候補として検討しました。出社率が低い為、自前で設備を揃える必要もなければ、メンテナンスにも手間がかからない等、シェアオフィスの方が弊社の社風に合っているためです。
