契約理由
一番はグレードの高さです。内装や家具、受付スタッフさん含めてかなりのグレードを追求しており惚れました。そして目黒駅から5分ほどで、駅から歩いても雨に濡れにくい。そして、価格的にも最高でした。ラウンジスペースではバリスタがいたりととても高級感を感じ、ゲストの方にもここは喜んでもらえると思い決めました。また、会社を長い目で見た時に会社の成長と共にグレードアップをしていけることも魅力だと感じました。
移転理由
新規事業立ち上げに伴い借りました。セミナーなども行うのでそれらも自由に自分たちの加減で利用したりしなかったりできるのがぴったりでした。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く、ビル内にコンビニもあるのでとても利便良いです。今はコロナで閉まってますが、カフェなども別階にあるので有難いです。駅が近いこともあり、飲食店も豊富で飲み屋さんなどもあるので色々と開拓したいと思っています。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティ面では、オフィスフロアすべてがセキュリティキーが必要なので安心です。さらにセキュリティキーがカードキーでなく、スマートフォンにアプリをインストールしてできるので物が増えずスマートフォンは常に持ち歩いてるのでとても有難いです。土日の活用が多い中で土日にビルがやってないので、空調電気費が余計にかかってしまうので難点ですが平日は24時間利用できるので急な残業などにも対応でき、有り難いです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
早い時間も遅い時間も早いレスポンスで対応してくださり、電話もいつも一度で出てくださり基本的に全ての要望に応えてくださりました。差し入れなどの心遣いも素晴らしく、担当者の対応も決め手の一つであったのは間違いありません。
入居前のオフィスについて
事業内容的に自社でのセミナーや研修運営、コンサルティングなどが多いこともあり、もともと80平米の賃貸オフィスでした。ですがコロナの影響もありオフラインでのセミナーや研修などが減り、ちょうど移転のタイミングで必要によって使い分けられるシェアオフィスが良いと思いこちらにしました。
