契約理由
自宅からの通勤距離から、横浜駅周辺に絞り、最終検討をしました。東口側よりコスト相場が安く、また、同じ西口エリアにはより安い物件もありましたが、トイレ等含め設備面・環境面が良さそうであったので、決めました。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く、周辺の昼食スポットが安くておいしい。また、周辺に駐車場もたくさんある。騒音、清潔度等周辺環境は特に問題なく、悪い点は特にないです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティー２重（夜間は３重）で問題ないと思います。インターネットはテストサイトで実測しましたがあまり早くなさそうでやや不満です。空調稼働時間がビルの都合で決められていることは不便です。夏場に深夜まで仕事する場合に困ります。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
明るく、親切に対応していただきました。ただし、当日念押しして確認した内容と、実際が異なることが、入居後に判明しました。（空調稼働時間。対応協議中）
入居前のオフィスについて
オフィスはありませんでした。想定しているオフィス容量は２人分前後だったので、一般の賃貸オフィスは規模、コストが大きすぎてニーズに合わないと考え、シェアオフィスを選びました。
