契約理由
頑張って値下げして頂いた事、地下鉄直結なので雨の心配がない事、コワークスペースに若い人が多かった事、アメニティがかなり充実している事、状況に応じてオフィスを拡張出来ること、横浜など別の拠点も使える事、内装が非常にきれいな事。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
良い点は、駅直結で雨など心配ない、周辺に飲食店が多い、各社員からのアクセスが非常に良いこと。また、悪い点は、特になし。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティ面で不満な部分はありません。セキュリティカードがあれば24時間使えるのは嬉しいです。かつ、夜になると空調が止まるオフィスが多いですが、ビジネスエアポートは24時間空調使えるので助かります。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
良い点：適切に入り方や、担当者とのアテンドをして頂き先方との名刺交換とかもスムーズにさせてもらいました。
悪い点：上記以外の事に何か付加価値を感じられませんでした。

入居前のオフィスについて
一般賃貸を使っていましたが、今回は賃貸オフィスを検討せず、シェアオフィスのみ探しました。必要な時に移転し易い事が一番の理由です。賃貸オフィスでは希望条件で探したら駅から離れてる事も多いし、初期費用もかなり高額だったことも理由です。
