契約理由

ファッション業界に関連する事業を行っているため、立地と内装の雰囲気を重視しておりましたが、その両方を満たす物件であったため当施設に決定しました。また既に入居者が埋まっている状態ではなく、これからというタイミングで入居できるのも大きな魅力です。コスト的にもフリーレントやディスカウントがついてこれから事業をスタートさせる立場としては初期費用を大きく抑えられたのは大きかったです。また人材紹介免許を取得するにあたってその取得基準を満たす物件であったことも大きな決定要因です。

移転理由

法人設立に伴い、東京での事務所が必要なため入居を希望しました。また人材紹介事業を行うにあたり必要要件を満たす事務所の取得が必須でした。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

ファッション業界関係者がアクセスしやすい立地である点は非常に良いと感じています。一方、駐輪施設がない点は少し懸念となりました。移動手段として自転車ニーズが高まることを考えると駐輪所が事務所にも欲しいなというのが正直なところです。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

施設が24時間活用できるのは非常にありがたいなと感じています。逆に共用エリアで飲食ができたりなど、もう少し交流が生まれやすい仕掛けがあると嬉しいなと思いました。また、MTGルームやPhoneブースは有料となっていますが、1日もしくは1ヶ月○時間までは無料などがあれば...というのも本音です。有料化することでフリー席でのオンライン面談などが増えるのではないかと予想しており、個人情報の観点で少し不安を感じる部分はあります。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

JUST FIT OFFICEの担当の方がこちらの希望を的確に把握し提案をしてくださったので安心できました。また、私に変わって先方へ質問をしてくださるなど、一緒に探してくださっている感が伝わり非常にうれしかったです。お陰で何の不安もなく内覧することができました。

入居前のオフィスについて

法人設立に伴い拠点となるオフィスを探していましたが、初期費用の観点とランニングコストの観点からシェアオフィスに決めました。また、これから事業立ち上げということでこの先の人員もまだ不透明な中、賃貸オフィスでの契約よりもよりフットワークを軽くできるシェアオフィスが魅力でした。
