契約理由
個室がしっかりしている。ビルは古いが清掃などもちゃんとしており、安く貸していただいた。また、防音がちゃんとしている。管理会社様が親切。駅に近くて立地が良い。部屋のレイアウトが真四角で使いやすい。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅が近い。ランチが豊富。コンビニが近い。大通りに面していないため、静か。色々なお店もあり、通行量が適度。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
オートロックで安心、24時間土日祝入室可能なところ。共用部分も掃除がしっかりされていて良いです。お手洗いが男女別で良いです。（しかし、何度閉めてもいつもドアが空いているお手洗いがあるのが不思議です。）宅急便受け取りだけ少し不便です。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧の際、こちらの要望を丁寧に聞いていただき、色々な情報も開示いただきとてもスムーズでした。感謝しております。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスを使っていました。今回の移転で、一般の賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、こちらの方が値段が安かった。一般の賃貸オフィスは敷金などが高額で、また賃貸ルールもめんどくさかったので。
