契約理由
検討していたもう一件の物件に比べて広さがあったのと、同じ物件内に同業の事務所や関連業者の事務所が入っていたので安心感もありました。月額賃料は契約した物件のほうが高かったので迷いましたが、契約した方の物件はオプション料金の発生がないのでトータルで考えたら大差無いと考えて決めました。
移転理由
個人事業開始のため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
電車でも車でも自転車でも便利な場所で、買い物や飲食店なども揃っているので便利です。人通りの多い道から一本入った場所なので、騒音も気にならないと思います。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
警備システムもあるし、オートロックで安心。共有スペースは業者さんが清掃に入っていて清潔感がある。共有の会議室はアナログ管理なので、わかりやすい反面外出先からは空き状況がわからず不便を感じそうな気がしています。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
気さくな方ですが、真面目で誠実な人柄であるのが伝わってくる良い人です。内覧の時の担当者さん以外の人も、皆さん気持ちよく接してくださる方ばかりで、会社全体の雰囲気の良さを感じます。
入居前のオフィスについて
今回はじめてオフィスを契約しました。賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、賃貸オフィスの場合自分で1から設備を整えないといけないし、掃除などの面でも手間がかかると思いました。また防犯面でも安い賃貸物件では不安に感じシェアオフィスに決めました。
