契約理由
当初は上野のオフィスを考えて内覧しましたが、もう少し広めが良いと考えて、水道橋に新しく完成したオフィスビルがあると言うことですぐ移動し内覧しました。出来上がったばかりで、とてもきれいで広さも幾つもあり、その中から選択できました。一階に駐車場もあり、来客に対しての対応も出来る事が気に入りました。駅から近いのも選択した一つの要因です。部屋の備品、机、椅子の貸出のサポート、入居後の変更の対応も気に入りました。
移転理由
友人3人と会社設立を決め、仕事場を探していました。また、登記もしたく、環境も良いオフィスに出会えたので決めました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く、近くにコンビニ等があり昼食に困らない環境に感じました。また、最寄り駅も2つあり、東京ドームがあり、山手線内と言う環境が良いと感じました。お客様へのアピールには、とても良い場所、環境、オフィスだと思います。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
オートロック機能、宅配ボックスを完備しており、専用ポストもあり、セキュリティーも十分だと思います。また、フリースペースや会議室もあり、お客様との打ち合わせが出来る環境が気に入りました。インターネットの完備、オフィス家具のサポート、コピー機もあり、仕事をする環境は充分に揃っている所が気に入りました。部屋の空調も個別管理が出来、快適な状態で仕事ができる環境が完備されている所です。まだ。入居前なので、特に悪い点は見当たりません。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
時間前に待ち合わせ場所で待機して頂いており、案内も親切でとても好意的で、わかりやすい説明を頂きました。また、我々の話しを聞き、要望に合わせて他の物件をすぐに紹介して頂き、内覧することができて決めた経緯があり、対応にはとても感謝しております。
