契約理由

現オフィスからの距離が近かったこと、周辺の飲食店が多く社員の健康が保てそうだったこと。複数路線が利用でき大変便利であった。内装は予定していたより少し小さくなったが、大変満足している。ありがとうございました。

移転理由

オフィスを拡張移転するため。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

周辺環境は飲食店が豊富で困らない。またコンビニも近く利用しやすい。駅も近く大変便利であるが、新幹線利用時などは少し不便を感じる

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

24時間利用でき、個別空調が使いたい放題というのは大変便利である。また、シャワーも利用できることで勤務中のトレーニングなど社員の健康の促進にも大変ありがたい。会議室が1つしかないので、そこだけが不満ではあるが、総じて満足している。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

特段可もなく不可もない。普通に案内してもらい、普通に提案していただきました。ありがとうございました。

入居前のオフィスについて

一般賃貸を使っていましたが、保証金が高すぎると感じ、今回の移転で一般賃貸は候補に入りませんでした。
