契約理由
利用者とスタッフの距離感がいいと思いました。利用者同士で交流できるように工夫されているのが素晴らしいです。また、立地も関内駅前と、都内に用事がある場合にはすぐ外に出られる点、駐車場も安いところを見つければ比較的安価に利用できるのも魅力です。動画の撮影もする可能性があるのですが、内装や会議室での収録もできそうで、便利そうだと感じました。
移転理由
転居に伴う法人移転のため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近く、傘を忘れても濡れずに行けます。みなとみらい・臨港地区まで歩いてすぐなので、撮影の際にも非常に便利です。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
コーヒーメーカーがたくさんあって自分でドリップコーヒーなどを淹れられます。キッチンが大きくて驚きました。来客の際も、共用スペースに通すこともできるので便利です。オートロックも完備されており、24時間使えるのも便利です。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
遠方からの転居で、以前もコワーキングスペースを使っていたのですが、そのコワーキングのこともご存じで非常に興味を持っていただけました。いろいろと話しやすくて雰囲気が良かったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前もシェアオフィスを契約していました。一般賃貸オフィスは予算オーバーのため検討せず、シェアオフィスのみ4件内覧して契約を決めました。
