契約理由
価格に関しては、もう少し安いシェアオフィスもあり最後まで判断迷ったのですが、一番惹かれたのは内装の雰囲気と共用部の充実度です。また、内覧時応対してくれた方のお人柄にも好感が持て、決断させて頂きました。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要とした
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
個人的には自宅から徒歩10分ととても近いですし、電車通勤する社員も駅から10分圏内なので通勤しやすいと思います。また、駅周辺には商業施設も充実しているので、困ることは無いかと思います。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
何よりも綺麗で、清潔感があるという点が好感が持てます。基本的に毎日通うオフィスですから、通いたくなるようなオフィスであることはモチベーションにもつながります。これは個人的な感覚になってしまいますが、内装の雰囲気も好きな内装ですので、より愛着が沸きます。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
とても丁寧に対応してくださり、且つ営業としてごり押ししてくることもなく、ゆっくりと内覧することができました。
入居前のオフィスについて
これまでオフィスを利用していませんでした。今回の契約にあたり元々は賃貸オフィスを検討していましたが、内装工事に時間とお金がかかるため断念しました。居抜きのオフィスも検討しましたが、絶対数が少なく内覧にまで至ったオフィスはありませんでした。
