内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
まずは施設内の設備（照明・備品、広さ・機能性）などが大変すぐれていました。それが第一印象です。またオフィスのコンセプト（様々な企業をつなぐ、ONとOFFを切り替えることができるようにする）という考え方にも共感でき、またそのコンセプトにたがわぬ施設設備であることは非常に魅力的に感じました。また、今年6月にオープンしたばかりということもあってでしょうが、施設利用者、契約者がそれほど多くなく、他のシェアオフィスのような混雑・窮屈さが無かったことは非常によかったです。あとはコスト、窓口となっていただいた担当の方の対応など、ほぼすべての面において満足しています。
移転理由
法人設立のため新しくオフィスを必要としたから。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
大阪の堂島地区にあり、地番としては大阪梅田の中心街であることを認知していただけるのが一番の魅力です。ただ、梅田駅からは若干離れていることは多少ネガティブな印象があります。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
コワーキングスペースではなく個室を契約しましたが、シェアオフィスに入室する際、プライベートエリアに入室する際、個室に入室する際と３段階のセキュリティが保たれており非常に満足しています。コピー機等についてもきちんとログインユーザ認証ができるようになっているため、その点も大変満足しています。大きな問題ではありませんが唯一気になることとしては、個室扉のすりガラスが薄く、部屋内のPC画面が外から見える状態になっていることでしょうか。この点は窓に暖簾をつけて対処しています。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
こちらの都合に合わせた内覧日時の調整、設定、及び入居当日のオリエンテーション時間なども融通を聞かせていただき助かりました。ご担当者様の対応は、これ以上無いくらいに丁寧・親切なもので、全く不満はありません。
入居前のオフィスについて
賃貸オフィスも検討しました。賃料はシェアオフィスと変わらないものでしたが、物件の場所、ビルの格、ビルの見栄えなどは雲泥の差でした。また賃貸オフィスは入居後デスクや回線などの設備を自分で準備する必要があり、その後の初期コストは非常に大きくなることが懸念でした。
