契約理由
個室の作りと備え付けのモノ（机、引き出し）がよかったです。また他の施設であったのですが、欄間スペースと呼称される天井部分の壁が空いている個室は、人の声がガンガン聞こえるのでダメだと思って動いていました。机も１人用にしては大きかったのもよかったです。家から歩いて15分というのも最終的に決めた理由になります。仕事柄、深夜に作業を行う必要もあり、そのときに30分以内で通えたらいいな、とは思っていましたが、タイミングよく空いている場所があったのでラッキーでした。
移転理由
在宅ワーク推奨により家庭で作業することが多くなり、近場で、かつ、話せることが可能な個室を探していました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
住まいが近くなので慣れ親しんだところで安心感があります。最近大きなセブンイレブンが近くにできたので、食べる飲むには困らない環境であると思います。駅から通う場所としては、少し閑静で寂し気な道を歩いてくる必要もあり、女性では遅い帰りは怖いかもしれません。ただ、明るい道を選べば大丈夫ですが。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
入場するためにセキュリティーカードで入るようになっていて安心感がありました。部屋にも鍵がかけられ、またビデオ撮影も２週間はとってあると聞き、なにかあったらそれが役に立ちそうで、さらに安心感がわきました。ただ１つ、自転車置き場があれば完璧でした。作業場を使う人は自転車通いをしたい人が相当数はいると思いますので、今後、自転車置き場利用料金を払ってもいいので、なんとかしていただければとても嬉しいです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
全く問題なく内覧の時間をすごせました。ありがとうございました。先の質問の返答でも書きましたが、部屋に鍵がかけられるかを質問したら、廊下などはビデオ撮影もされていて、２週間は録画が残ってあり、且つ何かあったらこの建物は自分が担当だ、と電話番号も教えてくれたのはいいな、と思いました。
入居前のオフィスについて
入居前は、自宅で仕事をしていました。シェアオフィスに決めたのは、初期費用の安さとネット回線が最初から設置されているからでした。一般的な賃貸物件も最後の最後まで悩んだのですが、机やいすを用意しネット回線を用意しても、いざ仕事をしようとして、回線が微弱だと結局仕事ができないとなり、物件投資が意味のないものとなりそうでそれが怖かったです。

エントランスのセキュリティーが優れていて女性でも安心できそうだった。高速インターネット環境がありデーターの送受信が敏速にでき仕事がはかどった。打ち合わせ室が借りられ狭小な個室のデメリットが克服できそうだった。駅の地下道から比較的近く、雨天時に便利そうだった。コピー、プリンターが利用できた。入居が即日出来た。通常の賃貸だと短期契約してくれないが、ここでは短期契約でき、余計な出費を抑えることができた。
移転理由
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
良い点・駅の地下道から比較的近く、雨天時に便利そうだった。・飲食店が近くにあり、食事には不自由なかった。・コンビニが近くてよかった。・近隣にコインパークがあり、車での来客に便利だった。・最寄り駅が池袋駅なので、帰り道でのプライベートの買い物に便利だった。悪い点・飲み屋街が近く夜の治安が心配で通行しづらい。・駅からは近いとはいえない。・裏通りに面していて、人通りが少なく、万が一の時怖い。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
良い点・24時間打ち合わせ室が利用できた。・エントランスでのカードキーでの入室で簡単に入室できた。・高速インターネット設備が高速で便利だった。・コピー機やプリンターが利用できたのが良かった。悪い点・個室利用であったが、他入居者との廊下でのすれ違いが怖かった。・廊下に非常警報設備など万が一の際の設備があると良かった。・カードキーでの入室は簡単だが他人の共連れ入室が可能のようだった。・給湯室など水回りが狭かった。

悪い点・待ち合わせの時間に指定されたところに早めについて待っていたが、指定された時間になっても現れず、OFFICEに電話して担当が中から出てきた。来ないし、中にいるんだったらすぐに案内するべきでは。・万が一の際の、避難ルートなど説明がなかったような気がする。・名刺をくれなかった。申込書に電話番号などメモ書きされたが会社に申込書を提出したので何も残らなかった。
