契約理由
立地と家賃に魅力を感じこちらの施設に決めました。アクセスが良く交通の便が良いため、社員の移動がスムーズに行えます。また、スタッフの方々も親切でサービスの質が高く、心地よい環境で業務を行うことができます。
移転理由
オフィスを縮小移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
オフィスの1階にコンビニがあるため、大変便利だと感じています。駅から近く都心なので交通の便も大変よいです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間利用可能なMTGルームを活用しています。オートロックでセキュリティもしっかりしており、社員が安心して利用することができます。また料金も他社に比べてリーズナブルで、MTGの時間帯や人数に関わらず利用できるため、大変助かっています。このような環境があることで、社員のモチベーションが高まり業務効率の向上にも繋がっています。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧時の担当者の対応は、良かったと感じました。特に、丁寧な説明や迅速な対応、フレンドリーな接客に好感を持ちました。ただし、少し説明不足な部分があったため、後から確認が必要になってしまった点があります。全体的には良い対応でしたが、もう少し詳細に説明してもらえるとより理解が深まると思いました。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前は賃貸オフィスを利用していました。今回はオフィスの縮小移転であり時間的な余裕がなかったため、すぐに入居可能なシェアオフィスを選択しました。また、中長期的には移転拡張に柔軟に対応できる点でもシェアオフィスが良いと考えました。
