内覧時の担当者の対応について
契約理由
JR鶴見駅と京急鶴見駅の2駅を利用することが出来、最寄り駅からオフィスまでの距離が徒歩10分圏内と近く、金額に関しても予定していた月額使用料と近く妥当であったことが契約に至った主な要因となります。本来であれば、もう一回り広いオフィスで窓があるオフィス等、プラスの条件も考えておりましたが、オフィスの場所に関しても探していた地域の範囲内であった為、総合的に判断して決定しました。また、内覧をスムーズに手配して頂いたことで、弊社のスケジュールとマッチしたことも決定理由の一つです。
移転理由
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
当施設に決定した点と同じ部分もありますが、JR鶴見駅と京急鶴見駅の2駅を利用することが出来ることで、移動時の交通手段として、交通の便が良いと感じます。また、周辺にはコンビニやスーパー、飲食店等、日常的に使用する店舗が多数存在し、特段不便な点は見受けられません。繁華街が近いので、夜間などは騒がしいこともあるかもしれませんが、現状においては悪い点は特にありませんので、また何か感じる部分があればお知らせしたいと思います。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
共用施設においては、トイレや給湯室等、日常使用する必要最低限の設備が整っており、応接室や喫煙室も完備している為、利用時にとても助かります。応接室が利用できるため、急なミーティングがあった場合に役に立つのではと思います。セキュリティーについてはオートロックの為、安心して利用できると思います。駐車場について、近隣に有料のパーキングがありますが、利用者が一時的に利用できる共有の駐車場があれば、なお良いのではないかと思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
物件をホームページで閲覧して希望の部屋の見積もりを取得し、実際に内覧希望の旨を伝え日程調整したところまではとてもスムーズでした。しかし、内覧日当日の待ち合わせ時に物件前で待っておりましたが、予定時間になっても担当者が来ないため弊社から連絡をしたところ、警備会社の方が来られるとの回答でした。時間を過ぎてようやく合流する事が出来ましたが、内覧調整時に警備会社の方とどこで合流するのか詳細を教えて頂ければと感じました。
