契約理由

現在のオフィスから近く、移転後の環境が大きく変わらない。料金は予算を超えてしまったが、室料に追加の共益金などはなく料金体系が明快で、希望エリアでは一番リーズナブルだった。内見時のスタッフは感じが良かった。４ヶ月半額のキャンペーンもあり、設備、イメージは一部、条件に合わないところもあるが許容範囲と考え決めました。

移転理由

利用していたオフィスが閉館したため。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点

駅から近い、コンビニ、郵便局、駐車場が周囲にある。銀行、出力センターなど利用施設があり、これまでとあまり変わらない環境を維持できる。

共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点

有料予約制の会議室が希望通り使えるのか、来客時の商談スペースなども使ってみないとわからない。内見時はあまり人がいなかったが、実際はどの程度の利用者がいるのかなど。エントランスのタブレットによる内線電話呼び出し、宅配ボックスは安心。また近隣の候補にしていたオフィスがどんどん申し込み済みになる中、空室が増えていたので何かあるのか？とちょっと気になっている。

内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点

内見時、現地案内のスタッフは感じもよく、質問にも丁寧に回答をしてくれた。その後もメールでの質問にも随時回答があり良かった。ただ契約時にメールで問い合わせた件で回答と違う部分があり、当初の回答通りにしてもらったが、メールの記録がなかったらどうだったか、少し不安になった。

入居前のオフィスについて

直近はシェアオフィスと自宅を利用していましたが、現段階では賃貸よりレンタルオフィスの方が料金が安く済むこと、今後も何かあった際、部屋の広さなど契約変更がしやすいことから、移転先もレンタルに決めました。
