契約理由
新築で執務環境がよく、シェアハウスのような環境の為、入居者同士のコミュニケーションがありそうなのが楽しみである。駅近で立地も良かった。また会議室も8時間以内迄なら無料という事で、他の施設なら1,500円/時間と有料なので費用面は助かる。弊社は、コンサル業なのでコピー代金を安くして頂いたことにオーナー様に感謝しています(10円／枚→5円／枚)。
移転理由
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
環境について悪い点はないです。環境に良い点は、以下の通りです。駒沢大学駅から徒歩9分の為、駅近である。新築で執務環境がよく、シェアハウスのような環境の為、入居者同士のコミュニケーションがありそうなのが楽しみである。駒沢公園が直ぐそばにあるので、暇な時は、マラソンができるので良かったです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティー的に悪い点は、シェアハウスのような環境の為、入居者同士のコミュニケーションがありそうなので楽しみな反面、出入りがルーズそうなのが心配である。ドアは木製で鍵1個のみという事で、思いっきりドアを蹴ったら、中に入れそうです。せめて金属製の頑丈な扉が良かった。ガラス窓なので侵入しようとすれば侵入できそうです。監視カメラも角の方まで映らないような配置なので、これで泥棒に入られたら、弊社に責任がある事になるので、それはないんじゃないかなぁと思います。環境がいい反面、セキュリティはルーズかもしれないです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧した後でないと申し込みできないと言う事で、内覧の日程を出来るだけ早くしてもらうために、色々ご面倒をかけたのですが、最後まで対応頂きまして大変助かりました。ただ、内覧後の必要書類の抜けが数日後に判明したりと審査の日程が滞ってしまったのは、残念でした。また数日後に入居するのに何の音沙汰もないので段取りの確認の連絡もしないといけないようです。1人で担当しているようですが、中々大変みたいです。
