契約理由
立地と金額のみで契約した。サービスや共有部分、防音設備などに多少不満はあったが、内覧時に担当者の対応も良かったため、即決した。他のオフィスの検討も考えたが、結局立地のみで決めた為、もしまた移転することがあれば、次回はサービスや防音性なども重視したいと思う。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
以前のオフィスから近く、また自宅からもとても近い為、立地的にはとても満足している。周辺環境も熟知しているため、不備な点は全くない。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
会議室が窓口担当者が不在の土日祝や、24時間使用できないのが不便。電気やエアコンのONOFFを最後に退出する人に任せてるというが、退出する際、自分が最後なのか確認しようがない。イヤホンをつけて作業している場合、電気とエアコンを消された事が度々ある。個室というが、防音性が全くない。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
対応はとても良かった。立地で検討してたため、今回空室があれば、四谷ビジネスガーデンで契約しようと思ってた為、空室のすべてを快く内覧させて頂けた。
入居前のオフィスについて
一般賃貸に入居していたがコロナ禍の為、オフィスの縮小・賃料を抑えたかったので、シェアオフィスを検討した。今後の状況次第で、事務所の広さ、賃料などを柔軟に考慮したかったため、取り急ぎ入退去しやすい、また初期費用、移転費用を抑えれる、シェアオフィスに決めた。
