契約理由
一番目はロケーションが良いこと。池袋の西口はごちゃごちゃしていて嫌でした。東口のほうが落ち着いていて、潜在的な顧客の質が高いと考えました。また、サンシャイン60の近くなので顧客にも案内しやすく、安心感を与えられると考えました。二番目は築年数です。築30年程度と新しくはないものの、外壁などビルの外見がそこまで古いとは感じられなかったこと。内装はきれいで印象が良かったです。金額的にもう少し安いが築年数が50年弱の物件も選択肢にあったが、古すぎて既存の顧客を案内しにくいと感じました。
移転理由
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
池袋駅から徒歩10分以上と若干遠いとは思うが、以下の点でメリットが多いと考えました。サンシャイン60の近くなので顧客にも案内しやすく、安心感を与えられると考えました。郵便局や図書館など豊島区の中心的な施設があり、使い勝手が良いと思います。マルエツがあり、手軽にランチを調達できるというのもメリットとして考えていました。東池袋中央公園があり、ビルの中に落ち着ける緑があり、気分転換に良い環境と思っています。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
良い点は、会議室利用時間５時間が料金に含まれていること。完全従量制だと本当に必要な時しか会議室を利用しないと思うが、少しでも無料時間がついていると気軽に利用できるのでありがたい。欲を言えば、小会議室と大会議室２つ欲しかったです。悪い点は、複合機がないこと。１個くらいオフィスにあっても良かったと思う。比較したレンタルオフィスでは、スキャナ機能は無料で使えました。セキュリティについては、セコムのカードキーと個室のディンプルキーなので十分安心できる施設で満足しています。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧時の担当者の問題ではないですが、内覧日時の日程調整メールが別々の担当者から２回来ました。日程調整が終わった後、もう一度メールが来たのでおやっと思いました。担当者の方は、誠実に対応して頂き感謝しています。他のレンタルオフィスではたくさん資料をもらいましたが、申し込みをした物件はシンプルな案内だけでした。広告のような資料をもらっても捨てるだけなので、シンプルに必要な資料だけ渡してもらうほうがありがたく、印象は良かったです。担当者の方は、質問にもスムーズに回答いただきました。
