契約理由
各種サービスが充実していること、駅直結の高い利便性があること、六本木ヒルズという知名度の高い場所であることが決め手となりました。
他の検討対象では多拠点を活用できること、個室スペースが広いことをあげられるサービスもあり検討に時間を要しましたが、駅直結であることの利便性（雨にぬれずに出退勤できるなど）を優先しました。
移転理由
主拠点の利便性を上げ、サテライト増設の準備をするため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から直結で通勤でき、コンビニやスーパー・飲食店が近く便利です。またフリースペースからの眺望も魅力です。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
共用スペースやビジネスラウンジの品質が非常に高く、執務室内と仕事の環境を変えて業務を実施できることが非常に良いです。ファシリティや内装、家具の質が高いので、日々の業務のモチベーションを向上させる効果があると思います。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
迅速に対応頂き、また当初紹介いただいた物件ではない専用ルームでの契約に至りましたが、その際も柔軟にご対応頂き、特段不満に思うような点はありませんでした。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前もシェアオフィスに入居していましたが、今回は一般賃貸オフィスも含め検討しました。立地・設備の両面においてシェアオフィスを利用したほうが利便性が高いため、最終的にシェアオフィスでの契約になりました。
