契約理由
自宅から乗り換えなしで通勤できることが一番ですが、複数の駅が利用でき活動拠点として利便性が高い。利用料金がリーズナブルですが、室内はおしゃれで快適である。オーナーの人柄がよく、施設での交流会はないようですが、必要に応じて入居している対象事業者を紹介してくれそうなので、一人でも孤独感を感じないで仕事ができそうに感じます。当面は一人事業になりそうですが、コワーキングスペースとは言え、他の方と気軽に話ができそうな雰囲気もあったのでこちらに決めました。
移転理由
友人の事務所を間借りしていたのですが、本格的にコンサルティング事業を活動するタイミングになってきて、来客対応や集中した仕事がしづらい環境になってきたため、コワーキングスペースかシェアオフィスに移転することを考えました。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
複数の駅から近いため、どこに行くにでもアクセスが良い。メイン銀行、郵便局がすぐ近くにあるので何かと便利である。コンビニが近く飲食店も結構あるので、食事や買い物に困ることはないと思う。大通りから一本入っているので静か。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
簡易的な機械のコーヒー、お茶、お水は無料で飲めるのでお財布に優しい。他に本格的なコーヒーなども100円で飲むことができる。セキュリティーはスマホかカードのオートロックのため、どちらか忘れたりしても安心。コワーキングスペースはカフェのような作りで、テーブル、椅子の席以外にソファー席もあるため、来客時に会議室を借りなくても通常の商談は問題なくできる。屋上があり、天気の良い日はそこで食事したり、仕事をすることも可能なので気分転換ができる。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
内覧対応はオーナー兼管理人だったので、入居後のイメージが付きやすかった。非常に話好きで、この施設の情報は当然のこと、それ以外にもいろいろな情報が得られそうな方だったので、営業や受付業務をやられている社員に対応されるよりよかったと思います。
