契約理由
最終的には2箇所で悩みました。1件目は丁寧な案内はもちろん、これから起業するにあたり相談に乗っていただいた結果、長期的な契約や戦略も踏まえた家賃制度の導入、私のわがままを稟議に掛け合ってくださった社員様の熱意、何度も連絡やメールなど質問にも答えて下さいました。2件目は建物のネームバリューなど完璧な施設でしたが、エレベーターの乗り換えなど不便に感じるのと、クライアント様と同じビルになり階層が上になる為。家賃の相談には一切応じていただけず残念でしたが、1件目のRegus近鉄難波で申し込みを決定しました。
移転理由
これまで個人事業主として自宅を事務所にしてましたが、引っ越しや事業形態上で事務所を構えなければならなかった為。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
先に言えば悪い点は正直言ってない。むしろ、いい点しか見当たらない。まず通勤では自宅の最寄り駅から事務所まで全く濡れる事なく行く事ができる。難波の立地もあり食べる事も困らず接待するにも近い為に便利。何よりもコーヒー好きには堪らない有名コーヒーチェーンが隣にある為。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
詳しい事はまだわからない点は多いと思っております。しかし、Regusの担当者様からのご説明では24時間の警備員による施設管理やカードキーにより時間外でも安心して施設に入る事ができるので安心。受け付けでは綺麗な女性がいてるので来客があった際にも丁寧な対応されてるのを見て安心した。共有スペースでは席数にも限りはあるものの使われてる方々がお互いを尊重しあい譲り合って使う姿が他の施設とは違っていた。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
1件目にRegus近鉄難波を内覧したがスタッフの方の対応が他の施設に比べて1番丁寧で分かりやすく最初から最後まで親身になって相談に乗ってくださり稟議まで通していただいた。内覧の際にもシェアオフィスに対しての不安など全て払拭してくれ安心できた。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスに入居する前は自宅で仕事をしていました。シェアオフィスを選んだ理由は、家賃や敷金、礼金などの諸経費からオフィスとしての家具やインターネット回線、電話回線など全てを用意した際の合計金額など考慮した結果、私の個人的な稼働ではシェアオフィスのほうが利便性が高いと判断したため。また、拡大する際の対応など担当者の方が親身になってくださった。
