契約理由
探していた立地であり、価格やプランも合うもので他候補より優れていた。広い施設で施設内が綺麗で内装が豪華。１番気に入った設備としてはMTGルームがあったこと。キャンペーン価格があったのも検討にプラスだった。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
駅から近くなり、探していた界隈だった。建物が古かったり２Fまでエレベーターがない等の不便さはある。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
良い点、施設内がとても綺麗。商談ルームが広い。MTGルームがあって便利。電話や会話の環境も区画分けされていて良い。セキュリティも良い。悪い点、オープンスペースの前日までの予約が手間。冷蔵庫がない。少し部屋が狭い。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
すぐに内覧のスケジュールを調整していただき、２回ほど内覧ができました。２部屋の契約でしたが契約時もスムーズにいきました。
入居前のオフィスについて
シェアオフィスを使っていました。少人数なため、小さな賃貸オフィスを借りるより、色々使える設備が整ったシェアオフィスの検討が前提でしたので、今回の移転でも一般賃貸物件は検討しませんでした。
