契約理由
利用料金が1万円以下とリーズナブルである事、契約した事業者の他の拠点が同じ利用料金で使えること、オンラインミーティングも可能な環境や、起業やビジネス支援サービスが整っている所などが大変心強いと感じました。
移転理由
自宅以外で集中して仕事に取り組む場所を必要としていたから。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
最寄駅から数分と近く利便性が高い上、ビジネス街で金融機関などや行政機関なども多い為、比較的落ち着いた街の雰囲気があり、環境面は申し分ない。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
セキュリティ面については、カードキーで個人認証を行う為、関係者以外入館できない点が安心感がある。共用施設については、会議室やセミナールームなどが数多く用意されている為、お客様や取引先の方との対面での打ち合わせや、オンラインミーティングを行う際に非常に便利である。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
礼儀正しい接客態度に加え、丁寧なご説明と、こちらの色々な質問へも丁寧に回答してくださり、疑問や不安点をその場で解消することができました。
入居前のオフィスについて
オフィスはありませんでした（自宅などで仕事をしていました）。賃貸オフィスは敷金や預り金、清掃費用などの初期費用や月額利用など比較的高額な物件が多く、予算を大幅に超過している為、断念しました。一方、シェアオフィスは初期費用や月額利用料が抑えられ、スタートアップに掛かる費用を大幅に抑えられることで、ビジネスそのものに回すことが出来ることが大きな魅力に映りました。
