契約理由
京都市内での場所を探していたところ地下鉄も近く交通の便が良く立地がとても良かった。個室の契約をしているが専用のポストもあり法人登記も無料であったこと。新築ビルのため綺麗なイメージがあった。価格面でも入会金や共益費のキャンペーンもありお得感があった。
移転理由
法人設立に伴い新しくオフィスが必要だったため。
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
良い点は駅から近く、1階にあるコンビニを含めあらゆる店が周辺にあって便利なところです。不満な点は特にありません。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
良い点はオートロックがあり誰でも入ってこれない為安心な点、来客時は会議室が利用でき便利な点、フリードリンクの機械がある点です。
フリードリンクの機械にもう少しドリンクの種類があると嬉しいです。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
こちらからの質問に対して対応も良く、とても親切に説明していただきました。ただ、急いでいるときに連絡が取りづらかったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前はオフィスを契約していませんでした。賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、賃貸オフィスでは入居するまでに設備等の準備が必要なところが多く、時間とお金がかかるところが多かったです。立地条件の良いところは予算面でも難しい印象です。レンタルオフィスではいくつか制約があるものの、すぐに利用可能で予算内で立地条件の良いところがあるのが利点だと思い契約しました。
