契約理由
物件の価格、敷金の低さ、フリーレントのキャンペーンが事務所移転のきっかけとなりました。今まで借りていた事務所は平日18時以降のエアコンが有料だったので夏に向けてかなり厳しいと思っていた所、移転先は24時間365日エアコンが施設利用料に含まれていた点が、この施設にした理由です。

周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
自宅から近く、コンビニが隣接している点、広尾地区に珍しく低価格でランチを提供している飲食店が近くに複数あり大変便利です。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
エレベーターが3階以上でないと使えず2階への行き来は階段のみである点とゴミ捨て場があまり綺麗ではない点はマイナスポイントだと思います。会議室、共用部のトイレ、廊下はとてもきれいであることは非常に良い点です。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
物腰柔らかで話しやすかったです。また資料等もすぐに送ってくださり、契約手続き時にも適宜電話とメールで分かりやすくサポートを頂けて感謝しています。
入居前のオフィスについて
以前もシェアオフィスを利用していました。今回のオフィス探しにあたり賃貸オフィスも検討しましたが、インフラの契約設定を自分でやらなければならない点、短期契約が難しい点、敷金が高い点から賃貸オフィスではなくシェアオフィスに決めました。
