契約理由
まずは立地がよいところ。渋谷周辺で探していて田園都市線からも乗り換えがなく通勤できるのと、デザインの仕事としておしゃれな街の方がイメージが良いところもあり、駅からも非常に近い為こちらに決めることにしました。価格も渋谷に比べると安く、初めは初期費用を抑えたいのもあってとても魅力的でした。プランに関しては有人の受付や留守の時の電話対応があると非常に良かったのですが宅配ボックスもあり、フリーレントの特典などもありこちらにしました。
移転理由
オフィスを拡張移転するため
周辺環境についての良い点・悪い点
周りにはランチをするところも多く、半蔵門線と大江戸線の2駅利用する事も出来て非常に便利です。レンタルサイクルも近くにあるので渋谷や六本木、広尾の方は自転車を借りて行くことも出来そうです。
共用施設やセキュリティについての良い点・悪い点
24時間利用することが出来て建物の敷地内にコインパーキングもあるので備品の搬入や車で移動している協力業者との打ち合わせも大変スムーズです。有人の受け付けがあればさらに良かったのですがその分、コストも抑えられていて不在時の郵便物の受け取りには宅配ボックスもあるので便利です。各フロアにコピー機、シュレッダー、ウォーターサーバーがあり、掃除機や粘着ローラーがあるのも良かったです。会議室に関しては予約もしやすく使いやすいのですが、1時間以上でも利用できると尚良いとおもいました。
内覧時の担当者の対応についての良い点・悪い点
とても丁寧に説明いただきました。いくつかの部屋を内覧させていただき、大きさと値段のバランスや部屋によって同じ面積でも柱があるのでこちらの方が使いやすいと思うなどお気遣いがあり助かりました。内覧後も1週間は仮押さえをして頂き検討する時間を取れたのも良かったです。
入居前のオフィスについて
一般賃貸にいました。コストと出入りの気軽さからシェアオフィスに移ることにしました。
